Week 19: NYC Marathon Lived Up to the Hype!
1,356 members, my NYC Marathon, all 7 days of the Garmin series, and a weekly community call.

I ran the NYC Marathon yesterday and it totally lived up to the hype. The hills were no joke and mile 23 took my soul. But the crowds, the bridges, all five boroughs... there is nothing like it. Congrats to everyone else who ran it!
The 7 day Garmin series
With my Instagram DMs down all last week, I couldn't send out the specific guides people were asking for. So I put it all into a 7 day Garmin series, one carousel a day with the full guide.
- Day 1: connect your Garmin to AI: set up your personal API key, step by step.
- Day 2: everything the personal key unlocks: what you can build once you're connected.
- Day 3: push workouts from Claude to your watch: plan the session in a chat and it shows up on your wrist.
- Day 4: build your own Garmin coaching app: your own coach, on your own data.
- Day 5: which Garmin dashboard are you?: 7 types, pick yours.
- Day 6: your Garmin texts you every morning: a recovery check against your own normal.
- Day 7: build a real race plan from your Garmin data: mile by mile. I built mine for NYC the day before the race.
