Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy

• Heart rate, heart rate variability, resting heart rate and heart rate zones
• Sleep duration, sleep stages and sleep scores
• Stress, Body Battery, recovery and readiness scores, respiration and blood oxygen (SpO2)
• Activities and workouts, including training load and effort, and the GPS routes recorded with them
• Steps, calories and intensity minutes
• Weight, body composition, height and age
• Menstrual cycle data, only if you choose to share it
• Health-related notes, goals and messages you enter, such as injuries or how a session felt
• Insights and summaries we generate from the data above

Only to provide the Services you request: syncing and displaying your training, analyzing it, generating the insights and plans you ask for, and sharing it with the coaches or teams you choose. We do not use it for advertising or marketing, and we never sell it.

• Directly from you
• From the fitness platforms and devices you connect, such as Garmin Connect, COROS, Wahoo, WHOOP, Strava, Oura, Polar, Suunto and Apple Health
• From our own analysis of the data above

• People you choose, such as a coach, teammate, club or organization you authorize
• Service providers who process it on our behalf, only to run the Services: Vercel (hosting), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI analysis you request) and Resend (service emails)
• A platform you connect, only when you ask us to send something to it
• Authorities, only when the law requires

We have no affiliates that receive your consumer health data.

We collect and share consumer health data only with your consent, which you give when you connect a platform, enter the data, or add a coach. You can withdraw consent at any time by disconnecting a platform, removing a coach, or deleting your account. We will never sell your consumer health data.

• Confirm whether we collect, share or sell your consumer health data, and see a list of everyone we have shared it with
• Access a copy of your consumer health data
• Withdraw your consent
• Delete your consumer health data, including copies held by our service providers and in backups
• Appeal if we decline your request. If your appeal is denied, you can contact your state attorney general

To exercise any of these rights, email kevin@nextmindadvisors.com. We will verify your identity and respond within 45 days, and tell you if we need more time as the law allows. To appeal, reply to our response with the subject line "Appeal." We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
