Coaching Dashboard

Your whole roster, on one screen.

A coaching platform built around how you coach. Every athlete's training arrives from their watch, and every Monday their weekly report is already drafted in your voice, waiting for you to approve it.

The problem

You became a coach to coach, and you spend Sunday night writing reports.

  • Every athlete's week has to be opened, read and summarized by hand before you can say anything useful about it.
  • Fitness, fatigue, zones, notes and race dates live in different tabs, so the athlete who needs you most is easy to miss.
  • The more athletes you take on, the less time each one gets. Your roster size is capped by your evenings.

This is exactly how you get your evenings back.

The solution

One platform, two ways to look at your squad.

Two example builds with sample athletes and sample data. Yours carries your name, your colors and your athletes, as calm or as bold as you want.

A calm squad overview: four headline numbers, each athlete's fitness, who needs attention, and upcoming races

The clean one.

A Monday-morning page. Four numbers, every athlete's fitness and freshness, who needs a call, and the races coming up.

A dark command screen plotting every athlete on a readiness scope, with squad volume, alerts and race countdowns

The bold one.

The same squad as a command deck. Every athlete is a point on the scope, and the further from the center, the more fatigue they carry.

An athlete page with a drafted weekly report, the facts it was written from, training block and zones
01

Weekly reports, drafted in your voice.

Each athlete's report is written from their actual week and from your own writing samples. You see the facts it used, edit what you want, and approve. Nothing goes to an athlete without you.

A heat map of hours trained per week for every athlete over six weeks
02

Who is training, and who has gone quiet.

Hours per week for every athlete, six weeks across. A bright block is a big week and a dark one is a light week, with the number printed on it.

One athlete's full picture: ninety days of fitness and fatigue, vitals, thresholds, race countdown and coach's note
03

One athlete, the full picture.

Ninety days of fitness, fatigue and form, HRV, resting heart rate and sleep, confirmed thresholds, where they are in the block, and how many days to race day.

A roster table with each athlete's week, volume by discipline, fitness and form, and flags
04

Your roster, week by week.

Last week's sessions, volume by sport, fitness and form, zones, and a flag when someone needs a look.

A branded squad leaderboard ranked by fitness with a status for each athlete
05

A leaderboard your athletes will share.

Fitness, fatigue and form for the squad or any group, in your branding, ready to send to the group chat as an image.

What happens after you say yes

From here to running in 4 steps.

  1. 1

A call about how you coach

Your roster, your reports today, and what you would hand off first. You get a real quote at the end.

  2. 2

    We load your voice

Your background, your approach and samples of your own writing go in first, so what it writes sounds like you.

  3. 3

    We move your roster over

Athletes connect their watches with one link. Their past year of training loads in.

  4. 4

    First weekly cycle, together

We run the first Monday with you: drafts, your edits, approvals, and reports out to athletes.

What is included

Everything in the build.

  • Weekly reports, written for you. Every athlete gets a weekly report drafted from their real training, in your voice. It lands in your inbox as a draft. You review, edit and hit send.

  • Every athlete on one screen. Zones, goals, training style and your notes for each athlete, with their training synced straight from their watch.

  • Built around how you coach. We load your background, your style and your approach first, so everything it writes sounds like you.

  • Plan in blocks. Say "weeks 1 to 4, we focus on this" once and it loads into the athlete's profile. No more screenshots.

  • Athlete logins. Each athlete gets their own login to check their plan and their progress anytime.

  • Done for you. We move your whole roster over and run the first weekly cycle with you.

Questions

Before you decide.

What does it cost?

It is quoted on the call, because it depends on your roster size and how custom you want the design. You will have a number before you commit to anything.

Do reports go out without me seeing them?

No. Every report is a draft until you approve it. You can edit any line first.

Which watches and apps does it read?

Training syncs from each athlete's watch through intervals.icu, which connects to Garmin, COROS, Polar, Suunto, Wahoo and more. Athletes connect once with a link you send them.

Can it look like my brand?

Yes. The two builds on this page are the same platform with different names, colors and layouts. Yours is designed around your brand.

Do my athletes get access?

Each athlete gets their own login to see their training, their reports and anything you share with them.

Who owns the platform and the data?

You do. It is your platform and your athletes' data.
