Skills & Prompts Library, Vol. 3: August–September
Custom Zwift workouts, 20 Endorphins prompts, a team challenge tracker, and my top 5 WHOOP prompts.

Four more builds from the Athlete AI Community, covering late summer into fall.
Custom Zwift Workouts With Claude
I'm loving one day a week of cross-training while I prep for the NYC Marathon, and Philly weather is about to turn cold. So I started building custom Zwift workouts with Claude through the Intervals.icu integration. Every workout syncs directly to Zwift: no manual creation, no annoying configs. Build a full training plan or just a one-off session.
Endorphins + Claude: 20 Prompts
Endorphins just made a big push connecting Claude to its platform and giving users free access to their data. I think it's the closest competitor to Strava, and its tech may be better. Kudos to the Endorphins team for pushing the boundaries. I created 20 prompts to get the most out of the integration.
Our data should be free, and this is a perfect example of why.
Strava Team Challenge Tracker
Strava's challenges are fun, but they're missing a team angle and can't be customized. For our first team event, I built a ChatGPT prompt that tracks everything and creates a great-looking event dashboard. Use it for any kind of fitness challenge.
Top 5 WHOOP + Claude Prompts
A follow-up to the WHOOP API guide: my top 5 prompts to get 10x more from the connection.
Dashboard: all your WHOOP data in one view
Healthspan: recalculate it and find out what's really driving it
Sleep: spot trends in your sleep to find your optimal protocol
Activity tracker: see which activities really drive your strain
Early warning: can your HR, HRV and skin temperature tell you when to pull back?
