Garmin Knows Who Annoys You
Your Garmin turns your heart rate into a stress score every 3 minutes. Line it up with your calendar and you get a ranked list of who stresses you out.

I was playing around with my Garmin data and a question popped up: who on my calendar actually stresses me out?
Your Garmin turns your heart rate into a stress reading every 3 minutes, all day. Your calendar knows who you were with. So I had Claude line up 90 days of both and score every meeting against my normal for that time of day.

What came back

My 5 most stressful meetings and my 5 calmest, ranked. The dentist made the calm list.
My haircut scored higher than every call I took.
My first list was wrong. All five of my "most stressful" meetings came right after a workout. Meetings in the two hours after a workout averaged 13 points over my normal. Every other meeting averaged 1. Your stress score stays high after exercise, so the prompt sets those meetings aside before it ranks anyone.
How it works
Connect your Garmin to Claude. One time, about 10 minutes.
Connect your Google Calendar. Turn on the connector in Claude. Nothing to export.
Paste one prompt. Claude scores every meeting: your stress during it, against your normal for that time of day.
Throw out the post-workout meetings. The prompt does it for you.
I wrote up the setup steps and the full prompt.

A stress score is your heart, not your mood. Nerves, caffeine and a good conversation all raise it, so read the list as a pattern in your own data. Names on the slides are changed.
Train with your own data. Build your own AI coach.
