Claude + Endurain = Your Own Strava
A free open source repo that does what Strava does, on your own computer. Claude installed it and loaded my last 45 days of training.

Endurain is a free open source repo that does basically what Strava does, except it runs on your own computer. No account, no subscription, and your data stays with you.
I had Claude install it and load my last 45 days of training. I typed one password. That was my whole job.
Want to build your own? The 4-Week Fitness App Challenge teaches you to build the app or AI agent you always wanted, so you can improve your training, control your own data and learn AI along the way.

How it works
Claude installs it on your computer with Docker: the app, a database and a cache.
Your workouts come with you. I imported 77 .fit files with zero errors, or you can connect Strava or Garmin Connect and it pulls from there.
You get your own feed, with the map, pace, heart rate and power charts for every workout.
Add your friends to your server, follow each other, and their workouts show up in your feed.
Add it to your phone's home screen and it opens like an app.
