4 Ways I'm Using AI to Further My Training
From a portable coach skill to an AI with a brain: the four builds that take the 7-Day Challenge to the next level.

Here are the 4 specific ways I'm using AI to actually train better. Each one takes what we learned in the 7-Day Athlete AI Challenge and supercharges it.
1. Coach Skill
We build this together in the Athlete OS as our athlete profile. But you can take it a step further and turn it into a skill you can take anywhere.
2. Athlete Dashboard
This is the capstone of the challenge, and it's powerful when done right. The next level is publishing it as a full website with a database, so you can pull it up anywhere in the world and update it live.
3. AI Fitness Agent
This supercharges the Day 8 remote-control lesson. By integrating a Telegram bot into your Athlete OS, you can chat with it like you would a real coach. Change your workouts, ask for insights, literally anything.
4. Give It a Brain
This uses an Obsidian vault and Andrej Karpathy's wiki-style markdown structure to create what is essentially RAG (retrieval-augmented generation), without the crazy setup, and in many ways more efficient. It tags every interaction, workout and health stat, then draws connections between anything that touches.

How are you taking your setup to the next level?
