Operator audit call

60 minutes. Free. You describe the product. We listen as operators — not engineers angling for a build — and tell you whether the idea has a real business under it. If it does, we move to discovery. If it doesn't, we say so.

Paid discovery phase

Short, paid engagement that protects a much larger investment. We pressure-test the model, name the seven-to-ten decisions that actually shape the build, and deliver a discovery brief you could hand to any team. You leave with either a confident build quote or a smarter plan. Never money spent on the wrong thing.

Fixed-price build

Scoped SOW with milestones, a written launch plan, and a price you can sign once. We build, you review on a cadence, we ship. Anthropic, Next.js, Supabase, Vercel under the hood by default. Substitutions when the product calls for it.

Ship and stand up

Launch, 30-day stabilization window, written results doc. We hand the keys cleanly to your team — or stay on a retainer to keep operating it with you. Either path is priced up front.
