An AI coach for a 200 km gravel race
Apple Health and WHOOP data, one-word skills, and hard rules he set himself, all pointed at Traka 200.

TrainingPeaksWhat we build
01 / AGENTS
A coach that reads your Garmin, WHOOP or Strava data and tells you what to do today, and why.
02 / WORKFLOWS
Weekly check-ins, training summaries and race-week plans that put themselves together and land in your inbox.
03 / NUTRITION
Track what you eat, hit your numbers and fuel your sessions, with tools built around how you actually eat.
How it works
A few days, not a few months. Most likely 3 to 7 days, one build at a time.
Every step runs on your own training data, so what you build is useful the day you build it.
A room of athletes building the same thing at the same time, with me right there.
The date and details are not set yet. The list hears first and gets the invite before anyone else.
All of this came out of the 7-Day Challenge in the Athlete AI Community.
Apple Health and WHOOP data, one-word skills, and hard rules he set himself, all pointed at Traka 200.

Added recovery and nutrition coaches, then automated Withings, Garmin, a recovery call, and a nutrition plan into one morning task.

Finished all seven days, then rebuilt it on Vercel and Supabase with AI planning, daily check-ins, and weekly reviews.

His coach pulls similar workouts from a year back and watches for real patterns in his training.

Race readiness, her training plan, and fuel targets, built while coming back from hip surgery.

A thank-you to the whole community after building his Athlete OS from the free tutorial.

Who's running this
D1 LACROSSE · ULTRARUNNER · FOUNDER, ATHLETE AI
I'm a former Division 1 lacrosse athlete turned endurance athlete: ultramarathons, an Ironman, and the Leadville 100. I kept looking for coaching and tools that fit how I actually train, and kept coming up short.
So I built my own with AI. My AI coach reads my Garmin and WHOOP data every morning, writes my training plan, pushes workouts to my watch and checks in with me each day. The Challenge teaches you to do the same for your training, one step at a time.

Short. Most likely 3 to 7 days. The exact format goes to the waitlist first.
No. Every step is a prompt you run with Claude, in order. If you can follow a training plan, you can follow this.
Whatever you already train with. A watch, a ring, a strap, a food log, or just the workouts you write down.
